Bret Seebeck, principal horn with the Des Moines
Symphony, joins the orchestra for the Mozart Concerto No. 2 for
Horn. ISU music professor Chris Hopkins also has written an exciting
piece just for Central Iowa Symphony. Concert Conversations with
Maestro Hannon will begin at 6:45 p.m. in the Ames City Council
Chambers.

We welcome David Peshlakai, principal
cellist with the Jackson, Michigan Symphony, our guest
soloist for the Schumann Cello Concerto. Once again, central
Iowa's most successful fundraiser will take the baton and
conduct the orchestra for part of the evening! Also on the
program: Dvorak Symphony No. 9. Concert conversations will
begin at 6:45 p.m. in the Ames City Council Chambers.
